Remuneration:
BLAINE COUNTY APPRAISAL invoices their clients fees commensurate with the time and level of expertise required for the assignment. Fee quotes can be given on a Flat Fee, Not to Exceed, or Hourly basis, depending upon the nature and scope of the assignment. If the need arises, fees and appraisal services can be structured into phases including verbal reports and written reports.

We submit proposals for professional services to our clients before commencement of the assignment, setting forth the scope of work required and both our and the client's agreed responsibilities as well as the amount and timing of fee payments. Professional and ethical regulations prohibit agreements for contingent fees.
